Draft document. Final wording to be reviewed by HUBZ legal adviser before public launch.
These documents are provided as HUBZ draft policies and terms. They should be reviewed and approved by a qualified Australian lawyer before public launch.
1. About Partner Terms
These Partner Terms apply to approved HUBZ Partners in addition to the HUBZ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Partner applications
Anyone can apply to be a HUBZ Partner. HUBZ approves partners at our discretion. Approval is not automatic and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Referral links and QR codes
Approved partners receive a unique referral code, referral links and QR codes. You must only use HUBZ-provided referral tools.
4. Commissions
Partners earn commissions only from genuine active paying customer or business referrals attributed to their referral code, as set out in the current HUBZ partner commission rules. Commissions are calculated after any refunds, chargebacks or credits.
5. No downline / no recruitment commissions
HUBZ does not pay commissions for recruiting other partners. HUBZ does not operate a multi-level, downline or pyramid structure.
6. Active paying requirement
A referral must remain an active paying customer or business (as defined in the HUBZ partner rules) for the referral to remain eligible for commissions.
7. Lead ownership
A lead is attributed to the partner whose referral code was first used at signup, subject to any HUBZ anti-fraud checks. Attribution windows and tie-breakers are shown in the partner dashboard.
8. Partner limits per HUB
HUBZ may cap the number of partners active in a given HUB or postcode area to protect quality and prevent oversaturation. Current limits are shown in the partner dashboard.
9. Marketing conduct
You must market HUBZ honestly and lawfully. You must not spam, send unsolicited SMS or email at scale, misrepresent HUBZ features or pricing, impersonate HUBZ staff, or make guarantees about earnings or outcomes.
10. Prohibited conduct
Partners must not:
- self-refer or create fake customer or business accounts
- pay incentives to sign up that are not disclosed to HUBZ
- promote HUBZ using misleading claims
- run paid advertising bidding on HUBZ trademarks without written approval
- use spammy giveaway or bot tactics
11. Commission review and hold periods
HUBZ may hold commissions for a review period before paying, to allow for refund and chargeback windows and fraud checks. Commissions confirmed as ineligible may be reversed.
12. Suspension and removal
HUBZ may suspend or remove a partner for breach of these Terms, misconduct, low quality referrals, or at HUBZ's discretion. On removal, unpaid ineligible commissions are forfeited.
13. Payment details and tax
Partners are responsible for providing valid payment details and for any taxes on commissions earned. HUBZ does not provide tax advice.
14. Content
Partners may not represent themselves as HUBZ staff. Use of HUBZ branding must comply with any HUBZ brand guidelines we provide.
