These documents are provided as HUBZ draft policies and terms. They should be reviewed and approved by a qualified Australian lawyer before public launch.
1. About Business Terms
These Business Terms apply in addition to the HUBZ Terms of Use whenever you list or manage a business on HUBZ. If you buy a sponsored placement, the Sponsored Placement Terms also apply.
2. Business signup
You must provide accurate business details at signup, including business name, contact details and business location. HUBZ may require verification before approving your business listing.
3. Subscription plans
HUBZ offers Bronze, Silver and Gold business plans. Plan features, monthly reward allowances and category limits are shown on the HUBZ pricing page and in your Business Dashboard. Plans are paid monthly (or annually where offered) and continue until cancelled.
4. Payment required for dashboard and public listing access
A HUBZ business account becomes publicly visible and gains full Business Dashboard access only when payment is active (including approved trial). If a payment fails, HUBZ may pause your public listing and Business Dashboard access until payment is restored.
5. Business profile
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile — name, description, address, category, tags, images, opening hours and any other content. You must have the right to use any images or logos you upload. HUBZ may hide or remove content that breaches these Terms, the Terms of Use or the law.
6. Offers
Offers you publish must be honest, accurate and honoured at the point of redemption in accordance with the offer terms you publish. You must not publish misleading or bait-and-switch offers.
7. Business Rewards
Normal Business Rewards are funded and controlled by the business. They do not reduce your HUBZ subscription unless separately stated as an approved Business Growth Credit or admin-approved credit. You are responsible for honouring approved Business Rewards and for setting appropriate minimum spend and expiry rules where allowed.
8. QR codes and Staff Mode
HUBZ QR codes must only be used for genuine business use. Staff Mode PINs must be kept secure and only shared with authorised staff. You are responsible for redemptions confirmed by your Staff Mode.
9. Feed posts
Feed posts (offers, events, updates, weekly specials, community notices, giveaways) must comply with HUBZ community standards and applicable law. HUBZ may approve, reject or remove posts and may set publishing quotas per plan.
10. Reviews
You must not post fake reviews, offer incentives for positive reviews, or attempt to remove genuine negative reviews. HUBZ moderation may hide or remove reviews that breach these Terms.
11. Sponsored placements
Sponsored placements are governed by the Sponsored Placement Terms.
12. Business Pulse analytics
Business Pulse dashboards are provided for information only. HUBZ does not guarantee accuracy of any specific analytics figure and does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome.
13. Business Growth Credit
Business Growth Credit is a one-off HUBZ invoice credit awarded for eligible new paid customer signups that come through your HUBZ QR/link. It is not cash, is not transferable, is not refundable, and applies only to eligible HUBZ subscription invoices, subject to the tier cap and expiry shown in your Business Dashboard. HUBZ may reverse a credit if the underlying signup is refunded, disputed, or found to be fraudulent.
14. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to HUBZ. You grant HUBZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, cache and distribute that content for the purposes of running HUBZ (including in feeds, share cards and public listings).
15. Cancellation and suspension
You can cancel your HUBZ subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. HUBZ may suspend or terminate your business account if you breach these Terms, misuse HUBZ, fail to honour approved offers or rewards, or place HUBZ or its users at risk.
16. Public listing
By listing on HUBZ, you agree that your business name, category, location, offers, feed posts, gallery images, opening hours, HUB and reviews may be shown publicly on HUBZ.
17. Governing law
These Business Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
